I think they should be *renaming* the company at this point. Mozilla has left its fundamental ideals to die on so many hills in the past decade it's become a Ship of Theseus.

Don't rule it out. Spending a few months "concepting" about the new name and identity would presumably alleviate the apparent boredom at Mozilla, what with all the mission objectives having been met and everything.
