We are reducing the number of users with privileged access and limiting what each privileged user can do.

In other words, we are making it harder for an attacker to break in, providing fewer opportunities to break in, and reducing the amount of information an attacker can get by breaking in

On the contrary, the first sentence reassures us that the vague, hand-wavy second sentence actually means something useful. At least, those of us who actually care, and are sick of vague and frequently empty promises to "improve things."

...Or maybe I'm a robot. In which case, I hope that you, for one, will welcome your new robotic overlords. :)
