[Slightly OT] CoreSight

The goal is to provide multiple interfaces on top of the hardware, integration with perf is currently being worked on now that the baseline support is present - what's there currently is a building block that other interfaces like perf are built on. The Coresight IPs can offer a wider range of functionality than perf does (there's some system level trace support that can unify trace over the SoC for example) so lower level access is exposed.
