"The table looks very impressive but it doesn't include the D-bus interfaces of the main systemd daemon, nor anything that RH decides in future to designate as "legacy".

I have to ask why are you under the impression that Red Hat decides anything that happens in the systemd community?

Where does that thought originate from?
