Last big round of support was provided by IBM, when they were working on military contract requiring RT. Now Zumwalt DDG-1000 has shipped, and the realtime work has halted.

Does this mean the zumwalt is not going to receive steady updates for security vulnerabilities and bugs in the field, for the duration of its deployment?

Sure hope it's been patched for heartbleed, at least.
