I don't really have any reason -- the company is VeriFone. Their code center (http://www.verifone.com/support/code-center/) is surely still not in compliance; they're just linking to upstream versions of code, despite the fact that they've modified it (like mine). More than that, it's years old and full of dead links to code that doesn't exist anymore because they're using years-old versions of some software. I am not really interested in paying them money to acquire one of their products to find out if they're still failing to provide a written offer for the source code they don't provide with the product itself.

Having already explored every option already, even if I were to find that they're still not providing the written offer or any source code, there's nothing I can do about it. The only thing I can do is post the source code I demanded from VeriFone's Director of Engineering which is now already out of date:
