SuSE have added their efforts onto Spacewalk/RHN Satellite that they call SuSE Manager and they sell support for not only their own distro SLES but they do a CentOS-like rebuild of RHEL and support that as well, for a cheaper rate than Redhat, as SuSE Linux Enterprise Expanded support.
