Libre Graphics World: Luminance HDR 2.4.0 gets FITS support and 32bit TIFF exporting

Libre Graphics World reviews a handful of new astrophotography features in the Luminance HDR image processor. Luminance now supports the Flexible Image Transport System (FITS) file format used for astronomy images and up to 32-bit-per-channel TIFF images.
