Very few, alas. I feel confident in saying that the number is at least two orders of magnitude less than Europe's, so they are pretty much in the noise for the purposes of this (already noisy) exercise.

Assuming you didn't mean binary orders of magnitude, that is less than six developers. That's really some room for improvement!
