The current development kernel is 3.12-rc3, released on September 29. Linus's
summary was: "
On the whole, nothing really appears very scary. Go forth and test."
Stable updates:
3.11.2,
3.10.13,
3.4.63, and
3.0.97 were released on September 26;
they were followed by
3.11.3,
3.10.14, 3.4.64, and 3.0.98 on October 1.
