What do we do when Redhat says buy windows?

I didn't take this article very well.

I've been using linux, RedHat and Mandrake exclusively
as my desktop OS for years.

I find either distribution easier to install than
Windows, and in many ways, easier to use.

I've moved 4 friends, -computer novices- to Linux so that
I could better support their computing needs. They all
use it just fine. I really don't understand this at all.
