I've never had to do such a port (fortunately), so I cannot assess how useful this guide is, but it was recommended to me as pretty useful: http://wiki.lxde.org/en/Migrate_from_GTK%2B_to_Qt .

Thanks for that link, it is a very interesting read indeed.

I went ahead and added a Porting page to the Qt project wiki to collect pages like that and added that link for future reference.
