There will be any of that money *left* once this is all over with? My guess is that SCO's going to burn through a big chunk of that in legal fees and everything else. Even if IBM/RedHat win big, there'll be nothing there to collect from. So, who wins: whoever cashed out before the stock bubble burst, which is going to be the VC firm and all the other smart investors who have stock.

I keep thinking that this has *got* to be highly illegal in so many ways, and I'm wondering where the SEC and FBI is?
