Greg KH has released stable kernels 3.0.50, 3.4.17 and 3.6.5, all with important fixes throughout the tree.

If all goes well, it looks like the next 3.4 and 3.6 kernels will contain fixes for the ext4 bug.

Yes it will. Note, it might take a bit, LinuxCon Europe is going to be messing with my schedule here.

3.6.5 boot freeze...

Something must have gone wrong with the USB patches for 3.6.5. System screen freezes at usb initialization, only can be revived by reset/power buttons. The mother board is ASrock 880GMH/U3S3. 3.6.3's been working fine.
