1.1. Proposed new documents

  * Martin A. Brown, the author of [http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/
    Traffic-Control-tcng-HTB-HOWTO/index.html] Traffic Control tcng-HTB
    HOWTO, wrote a new one plainly called [http://cvsview.tldp.org/index.cgi/
    LDP/howto/docbook/Traffic-Control-HOWTO/] Traffic Control HOWTO. It is
    more detailed than the first HOWTO, introducing core concepts of traffic
    control systems to users and system administrators who want to deploy
    traffic control in their networks. Martin is eager to publish it and
    awaits your comments.
   
  * Expect a [http://lists.tldp.org/index.cgi?1:mss:5001:200309:
    kbhelhdodilmhcfclfkb] Installing and Running Linux under a Virtual PC
    from Chris Gehlker.

1.2. Submitted for review

  * Christophe Devine posted the first draft of his [http://lists.tldp.org/
    index.cgi?5:mss:5809:200309:dlljgdjednklpdmjfbnl] Encrypted Root
    Filesystem HOWTO. The document, like any other that gets into the
    collection needs review. Over to Tabatha.

  * Daniel Quintiliani has extended his [http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/
    Xnews-under-Linux-HOWTO/index.html] Xnews under Linux HOWTO. Since he is
    covering more newsreaders in v2.0, he has renamed his HOWTO as the [http:
    //tldp.org/HOWTO/Windows-Newsreaders-under-Linux-HOWTO/] Windows
    Newsreaders in Linux HOWTO.
   
  * Svetoslav Slavtchev has updated his [http://tldp.org/HOWTO/
    XFree-Local-multi-user-HOWTO/] XFree Local Multi-User HOWTO to v1.2.

  * Mendel Cooper has been maintaining the [http://www.tldp.org/LDP/abs/html/
    index.html] Advanced Bash-Scripting Guide for quite some time now. After
    over 3 years, it is now at v2.1.
   
  * Find out everything about your filesystem in Binh Nguyen's [http://
    www.tldp.org/LDP/Linux-Filesystem-Hierarchy/html/index.html] Linux
    Filesystem Hierarchy documentation, v0.61.
