They could just have schedule a release date 2 weeks behind their current one, and will look much better.
F11 was delayed by 2 weeks
F12 was delayed by 2 weeks
F13 was delayed by 2 weeks
F14 was delayed by 1 weeks
F15 was delayed by 2 weeks
F16 was delayed by 2 weeks
F17 will be delayed by at least 3 weeks

Oh, if only it were that simple. If we pushed out the schedule, then everyone would adjust their individual component schedules accordingly, and we'd still end up having to slip.
