I've said this here before.

This is "litigious paranoia." (Suing and
blaming others for ones own crimes.)

The symptoms are classic, and Darl just
won't stop himself, folks, because _you_ are
the evil ones, not him.

Time to send in the padded truck and the guys
with the butterfly nets. Or at least, someone
who has any sayso at all ought to fire the whole
lot of top management at The SCO Group, REAL SOON NOW.
