As for the Mageia announcement, the given summary provides absolutely not the slightest clue about what is the discussed topic. A short sentence informing what is LiMo 4 would facilitate the information flow.

This type of obscurity is frequent in software short introductory descriptions. Outsiders reading them often get strictly no information about what is the software.
