Kernel prepatch 2.6.38-rc3

Linus has released 2.6.38-rc3 as he tries to get out of Australia ahead of the incoming cyclone. "Nothing hugely special in here, and I'm happy to say that most of the pull requests have been nice clear bug-fixes and fixing regressions. Thanks to most of you for that."
