The Apache Reference Manual is now available as a printed book from
Network Theory Ltd.
This is a printed edition of the official Apache reference
documentation from the latest Apache 2.2.17 distribution. It
documents all the standard Apache modules and configuration directives
including mod_rewrite (it's big, over 850 pages).
