Obeying licenses

When you bundle you must obey _ALL_ relevant licenses.

A license isn't something you obey. It doesn't command you to do anything. Copyright law is something you have to obey.

When you bundle, you must meet the conditions of all relevant licenses (i.e. the licenses you use).
