You conveniently ignore "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts"

As for limited times, that is a joke, none of the culture/arts/software created today will lose copyright in my lifetime.

Given that the SC ignores the introductory phrase "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State" in the second amendment, they are just as likely to ignore "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts".
