Quite so. There are a good few poisonous people in the free software community and tangential regions, some of whom are so poisonous that they kill any other participation in any projects they get involved in (some of whom are so poisonous they got banned from the Debian BTS, no less, which takes *skill*).

Lennart may take things for granted and have somewhat iffy opinions regarding portability and stability and be rather... forthright (and all the rest of us are such shrinking violets), but he certainly isn't poisonous by any means. He's a hell of a long way from poisonous.
