Well, yes, of course they do. How on earth do they reproduce problems? (In
the classified case, they have to do it without *ever being allowed to
see* the source code. Ow.)

I think the OP was using sarcasm to make the point that a closed source
project was complaining about lack of access to others source code.

Yes, that is sort of unfortunate, isn't it? Especially given that it's a
closed-source project that went to considerable extra lengths (to the
degree of replacing their frontend, AIUI) to avoid having to go open. :)
