It would be interesting to tabulate failed projects with the various
failure modes. It doesn't take all! A subset is quite sufficient.

The TWiki project combusted spectacularly with only 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10
at play, forcing *all* community core contributors (16 of 18) to flee and
refound the Foswiki project. Fortunately they picked up another 16 core
contributors in the process so the effect was quite salutory.
