As part of Mozilla's ongoing security and stability update process, 
Thunderbird 3.0.1 is now available for Windows, Mac, and Linux for free 
download:

http://www.mozillamessaging.com/thunderbird/

We strongly recommend that all Thunderbird users upgrade to this 
release. If you already have Thunderbird, you will receive an automated 
update notification within 24 to 48 hours. You can also manually fetch 
this update by selecting "Check for Updates..." from the Help menu.

Hrm... A "stable" public release, but not a full changelog? Can that really be considered to be a "stable" release? How can you QA something that doesn't fully list what is changed?

Going there, we have this under "What's New in Thunderbird 3.0.1". I believe that is the complete ChangeLog as you wanted.
