Debian Developer in Japan and Debian JP Project convenes BSP on January 23.

Location, Date :
 * Hosted The University of Tokyo, Komaba 2 campus[0].
 * 9:00-21:00 January 23rd, 2010
 * Main organizer: Yasuhiro Araki (ar) and me.

Targets for the BSP:
 * RC-Bugsquashing[1].
 * Take care of bugs found by piuparts[2] and ipv6[3].
 * Fix l10n issues in Japanese envrionment bugs.
 * Translate po and document to Japanese.
