Which version of the xorg-xserver does it include? And how could one tell in general?

It's got xserver 1.7.1

The only way to know is to click through to the releases directory:

Then you're a couple of clicks away from:

and there you can see an xorg-server-1.7.1.tar.gz file.

Alan also uploaded a consolidated changelog that lists each version for each package.
