Darl McBride Out; SCO Looking to Sell 'Non-Core Assets' (Groklaw)

Groklaw has the news that Darl McBride is no longer with The SCO Group, because "the Company has eliminated the Chief Executive Officer and President positions and consequently terminated Darl McBride". The information comes from SCO's latest 8K filing with the SEC.

The news I'd like to hear is that he and Ralph Yarro (SCO owner) are investigated, tried, stripped of their wealth, and incarcerated.

What you have heard today is that a guy rich from kiting SCO's stock doesn't have to work any longer.

So apparently Darl wasn't a core asset after all.

More of a core liability.

Unfortunately until these people are prosecuted and stripped of their ill-gotten gains I see no reason to celebrate.
