One thing which might not be clear from Jonathan's introduction:

This project is a Windows cross-compiler that runs on Fedora. You don't need Windows to use it.

As much as I'd like to blame Jon :), that was my intro paragraph which does, indeed, not make it very clear. Thanks for pointing it out.
