And after 17 months, including Summer of Code 2007 and 2008, there still isn't a release of either Zope 2 or Zope 3 that works with Python 2.5. :-(

I know, it's open source so if I don't like it I should fix it myself rather than complaining. But life's too short, so my solution was to stop using Zope.
