Unfortunately, the audio is available in only "iTunes" and "mp3" formats. The patent mess surrounding mp3 doesn't do much for interoperability. As for "iTunes", that's some kind of Apple thing, isn't it? Patent-encumbered formats and platform-specific formats seem to be antithetical to interoperability.

Just copy the "mp3" link from the page and change the last three characters to .ogg. (Yes, the site needs an "Ogg" button, and yes, RSS "enclosure"s need something like MIME's "multipart/alternative".)
