One does not get perfect fidelity when converting between different versions of Microsoft Office, so how on Earth can we expect it when converting between Office and ODF? More to the point, if the "hiccups" involved in converting between Office versions (repeatedly!) have been acceptable up to now, why would it be unacceptable to have to do so once with ODF?

I sense excuse-making for their new product.

Heck, you don't even get perfect fidelity within MS Office if you change your target printer.
I've had many papers blow up on me with out changing print margins or paper size just by
changing the target printer.
