Parent article: A potential competitor for GCC: pcc

Reading a whole article that carefully uses 'pcc' and 'GCC' capitalizations gets really tiring
on the eyes.  Just call them pcc and gcc, or perhaps PCC and GCC.

gcc is the GNU C Compiler binary. GCC is the GNU Compiler Collection.  So I think you make a
valid point: pcc may one day replace gcc on some systems, but will not replace GCC.
