Nothing like a foolish consistency...someone's not been paying attention, it seems, and not got the email about version numbers not being required to turn over after 9. If the Gnome people had wanted to call it a "Two point two oh" release, I suspect they would have written it "2.2.0", and not "2.20". As it is, it seems pretty clear to me that this is release "Two point TWENTY", that being the new stable release after "Two point EIGHTEEN".
