RMS gave a talk on GPLv3 here in Brussels last Sunday. I've made a
transcript:
http://fsfeurope.org/projects/gplv3/brussels-rms-transcript

This was his first GPLv3 talk since the release of draft 3 and he explains
how the Novell-MS deal was tackled and how the tivoisation clause was
narrowed to make it more acceptable. He also explained that the "additional
requirements" idea was done away with because people found it too messy, and
he talks about Apache compatibility and how it is almost, but not achieved.
