Obviously none of those analysts have ever had to deal with Oracle support. It's not nicknamed 'Orable for nothing you know!

Or they did not even pause to think for a second about what the
word "support" really means. Look at this from the BBC article:
Experienced with what? Supporting Oracle products, of course. It's not at
all the same thing as supporting Linux. "Support" is not some multipurpose
commodity like water or gasoline...
