The SCO-IBM jury trial is scheduled for Februari-March next year. Motions for summary judgements have been filed, oppositions are due Oct 25th and replies Nov 24th. Allow the judge some time to write his verdicts, but first decisions should fall in Dec-Jan.

The wheels of justice are geared up... grinding can start any moment.
