The Common Lisp Document Repository (CDR) has been announced. This
resource is "a repository of documents that are of interest to the
Common Lisp community". Each document is guaranteed not to change,
and references will always refer to it.
The CDR is more lightweight and efficient than a standardization
process because it focuses only on one aspect: "the ability to refer
to a specification document in an unambiguous way".
