CL-SDL 0.1.0 released

Version 0.1.0 of CL-SDL has been released. This version, which is the first
public release of the new development tree, has been ported to the UFFI
universal FFI, provides more SDL and OpenGL functionality, and includes
more demos.

CL-SDL provides Common Lisp bindings for the SDL (Simple DirectMedia Layer)
and OpenGL multimedia libraries. It is available for all the Lisp
implementations supported by UFFI.
