Here come the black helicopters...for real?

I've joked as much as the next guy about black helicopters, but with this you don't need a helicopter---a few patrol cars with laptops will do just fine. And this from the folks who object to what the U.S. government has been doing with airline passenger data.

Any chance enough people and companies will say ``Hell, no!'' actually make a difference in compliance and enforcement?
