The paper is in the reliability section.

You have a "research" paper and the actual study. The paper must be the dumbest thing ever published; it contains ground-breaking sentences like:

Other sources of downtime include vulnerabilities, load and functional bugs: all sources of failure, downtime and expensive recovery.

Emphasis mine. Or a list of bullets like this:

A typical installation includes the following:

A web server
[... some things ...]
Ability to handle html and http
[... other things ...]

Read it for a cheap laugh. Actually not even that; it gets boring around page 9.

It is published by Security Innovation, Inc.; but the subject has little to do with security. It seems that Microsoft has run out of prestigious consulting houses to sink in misery, and now has to turn to outfits with no prestige whatsoever -- and few chances of gaining any.
