QOTW: "The thing to remember about Computation Theory is that Turing Machines
don't have GUIs and they don't respond to external stimuli." -- Donal K. Fellows

"Programming: the only art form that fights back... =)" -- Larry Smith

POTW: People like Perl and PHP for DBI and the latter's convenient
database-awareness. People apparently don't realize that TclDB, at
0.9, is pure Itk, and handles roughly the same range of databases.
And TclDB builds in a graphical database designer!

Who better than Dennis LaBelle to explain exactly how to be
    effective with freewrap?

tclodbc depends on g++ rather than gcc.
        http://groups-beta.google.com/group/comp.lang.tcl/msg/ee2...

Hotkeys, shortcuts, icons, bindings, widget classes, actions,
...--Gerald Lester and Donald Arsenau provide practical advice
on making them work for you.

Sure, "Tcl-URL!" weekly celebrates clarity. A sufficiently
exasperating .sig can still encode executable line noise,
    though.
