A court-system is not supposed to work by simply dragging on-and-on until one of the parties run out of cash and the other wins by default. That's got nothing whatsoever to do with justice.

Pity that the US court-system is so mind-bogglingly slow. *how* many months has it been now since SCO initially filed suit ? How many more are we going to have to wait ? It's completely ridicolous.SCO's second quarter results
In this case it's not the court system that's at fault. SCO has been dragging their feet as much as they possibly can without being sanctioned by the cout because (1) they realize they don't have a prayer of winning the case based on evidence and (2) are hoping IBM will buy them to make the nuisance just go away.The slow pace of the trial
