Yes, good article.

GCJ has "blipped" on my radar a time or two over the past few years, but I've never tried it. I'm not a huge Java fan, but I get a few contracts that require Java, so I end up using it now and then. The ability to compile Java programs to native code using free tools and libraries makes the language much more interesting to me.
