netdev-2.6 queue updated

A bunch of stuff was merged upstream, and a bunch of new stuff was 
merged into netdev-2.6.  See attached changelog for details, BK and 
patch URLs.

BK NOTE:  BK users should re-clone netdev-2.6, do not simply 'bk pull'.
