Thunderbird 145 released

Version 145 of the Thunderbird email client has been released. Notable changes in this release include enabling DNS over HTTPS, support for Microsoft Exchange via Exchange Web Services, and quite a few bug fixes. As of 145, the project is no longer shipping 32-bit binaries for Linux on x86.

Pre-Release Notes are really annoying

I was astonished that Thunderbird 145 was not yet released - and currently downloads
are not using 145.0.0, but 144.0.1 - and 145 is not shown e.g. here:
* https://www.thunderbird.net/en-GB/thunderbird/releases/
so maybe the building has started - but not completed.
So there should not be a realease note when things are not available - not even
security fixes for 145 - and there had been many for Firefox, so I doubt that is correct.
