Be aware that in this post from February 2019 to the OSI's License-review mailing list, the primary author of the OSD (and the DFSG), Bruce Perens, argued that section 13 of the SSPL does not comply with the OSD's criteria #6 ("No Discrimination Against Fields of Endeavor") and #9 ("License Must Not Restrict Other Software").
