Given the election method yet people still elected him even though he's the only candidate, I'm sure this is because of his excellent leadership in the first term.

(... and for the folks worrying about a forthcoming "communist revolution" within Debian, don't worry too much: it is on my TODO list, but it is far lower than the "total world domination" item :-P)
