Microsoft contract forces cancellation of Stallman talk in Argentina (Matware)

The "Matware" site has a brief article (in Spanish) stating that a planned talk by Richard Stallman at the Argentinian National Technological University, Mar del Plata, has been canceled as the result of contracts signed with Microsoft.
